Lloyds Banking Group PLC issued international bonds totaling $1.50 billion, Cbonds reported.

The floating-rate notes mature March 17, 2023, and were sold at a price of 100%.

Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Lloyds Banking Group, Morgan Stanley and UBS Group acted as the book runners on the issuance.
