Fairfield Residential sells Fort Lauderdale, Fla., property for $92M

Fairfield Residential Co. LLC sold the 292-unit Ora Flagler Village Apartments in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for $92 million, or $315,000 per unit, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

An entity affiliated with former Wyse Technology executive Lumin Chang acquired the property using a $55 million loan from TIAA.

Fairfield bought Ora Flagler, which sits at 673 NE Third St., in 2015.
