Report: Stonehenge Partners sells NYC building for $90M

Stonehenge Partners Inc. sold the 13-story Stonehenge 86 building at 103 E. 86th St. in New York City to Pan Am Equities for $90 million, The Real Deal reported, citing unnamed sources.

The real estate operating and management company purchased the 50-unit building from Abro Management for $76 million in late 2012, the report noted, citing property records.

The publication could not retrieve a comment from Pan Am and Stonehenge representatives regarding the matter.
