Report: Chicago office tower to sell for $150M

A White Oak Realty Partners and Angelo Gordon & Co. LP joint venture agreed to sell a 28-story Chicago office building to a venture of New York Life Real Estate Investors for about $150 million, Crain's Chicago Business reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.

The 483,340-square-foot tower at 200 W. Jackson Blvd. was acquired for $73.3 million in 2015.
