Southern California Gas director to retire

Martha Wyrsch will retire as a director of Los Angeles-based natural gas distribution utility Southern California Gas Co.

Wyrsch will also retire as executive vice president and general counsel of Southern California Gas' parent, Sempra Energy, according to a Dec. 14 SEC filing.

The changes will take effect March 1, 2019.

Southern California Gas provides natural gas service to 21.8 million customers across central and Southern California.
