Eumeralla Resources Ltd. said April 10 that it raised A$6 million by issuing 75 million shares at 8 cents each as part of its capital raising prior to its acquisition and relisting as Ausmex Mining Group Ltd.

The company initially planned to raise A$3 million and expected to relist on the ASX on March 31. Now it expects to be reinstated on the bourse by mid-May after achieving compliance with listing requirements.
