Bank of Jinzhou names president

Guo Wenfeng will replace Liu Hong as president of Bank of Jinzhou Co. Ltd., subject to regulatory approvals.

Liu resigned from the role due to personal health reasons, but will remain on the bank's board as a nonexecutive director, the company said in an Aug. 2 release.

Guo held various positions at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China's Liaoning province branch, and had been vice president and party secretary of the branch in December 2016.

ICBC earlier agreed to buy a 10.82% stake in Bank of Jinzhou.
