Exchange Bank appoints SVP; Honolulu-based American Savings names 2 directors

* Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Exchange Bank named Paul Yeomans senior vice president and wholesale banking sales manager.

He was the regional vice president and manager of the North Bay commercial lending group at Chico, Calif.-based Tri Counties Bank, a unit of TriCo Bancshares.

* Beloit, Wis.-based Centre 1 Bancorp Inc. disclosed in its 2017 annual report the retirement of Peter Halverson from the board.

When he joined the board, he was vice president of Beloit Foundry Co.

* Honolulu-based American Savings Bank FSB appointed Elisia Flores and Mike Kennedy to its board, Pacific Business News reported.

Flores serves as CFO at L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, while Kennedy is the president of the North America operations of OFX.

American Savings Bank is a unit of ASB Hawaii Inc.; Hawaiian Electric Industries Inc. is the ultimate parent of American Savings Bank and ASB Hawaii.
