Banco Finansur vice chairman resigns

Banco Finansur SA said Raúl Omar Planes has resigned as vice chairman of the board of directors, due to personal reasons.

Planes was appointed in the position earlier this year.

In addition, shareholders of the bank on Jan. 11, 2018, will vote on the removal of Jorge Berro Madero and Patricio Carballes as directors, according to a Dec. 15 filing.
