Aspen Insurance hired Saadia Savory as vice president of excess casualty in Bermuda and Darren Cann senior vice president of financial and professional lines, Insurance Journal reported.

Savory previously was a senior underwriter of excess casualty at Argo Re, while Cann was most recently senior vice president with Aon Bermuda.

John Hylands will resign as chairman and a director of the board of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office PLC, effective March 19.

David Henderson will replace Hylands as board chairman with effect from the same date. Henderson has acted as a nonexecutive director since 2016.
