CopperBank Resources establishes royalties subsidiary

Copperbank Resources Corp. said Oct. 22 that it has established a wholly owned subsidiary, CopperBank Royalties Corp., with a plan to augment the company's portfolio by offering investors diversification into royalties on its projects.

The company will launch the subsidiary with two royalty assets from CopperBank's Contact project in Nevada and Copper Creek project in Arizona.

Copperbank also said that it is actively evaluating other royalty assets for potential acquisition by the new subsidiary.
