York, Neb.-based Cornerstone Bank named Kris Holoch president and CEO, the York News-Times reported Feb. 13.

Holoch has served as CEO of the bank, a unit of First York Ban Corp., since 2015.

In addition, the bank appointed Aaron Burger vice president of compliance/Community Reinvestment Act and chief risk officer.

Burger has been the bank's assistant vice president of compliance and CRA officer since 2015.
