Google acquires Palo Alto, Calif., building for $70M

Alphabet Inc. unit Google LLC acquired a 101,000-square-foot building in Palo Alto, Calif., for $70 million from satellite maker SSL, The Mercury News reported.

The building sits on 4.6 acres at 3850 Fabian Way. The internet giant recently bought a $1 billion campus in Mountain View, Calif., from HCP Inc.
