Cboe Global Markets enters $300M term loan facility

Cboe Global Markets Inc. entered into a $300 million senior unsecured term loan facility agreement March 22.

The proceeds were used to repay the $300 million of outstanding indebtedness under that certain loan agreement, dated as of Dec. 15, 2016.

The agreement, which matures on Dec. 15, 2021, contains representations, warranties and affirmative and negative covenants for agreements of its type, including financial covenants, indemnification provisions in favor of the lenders and events of default that could result in an acceleration of amounts due.

The company terminated its existing loan agreement after repaying the $300 million of outstanding indebtedness.
