National Commerce Corp. priced its underwritten public offering of 960,000 common shares at $37.00 each.
The Birmingham, Ala.-based company expects net proceeds of approximately $33.6 million, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other offering expenses. Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy an additional 144,000 shares.
Keefe Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel company, will serve as the sole book-running manager. Raymond James & Associates Inc. and Stephens Inc. will act as co-managers.
The offering is expected to close on or about June 12.
