Dallas-based Neighborhood CU absorbs Good Street Baptist Church FCU

In Dallas, Neighborhood CU's acquisition of Good Street Baptist Church FCU was effective Dec. 1.

All 600 membership accounts of Good Street Baptist Church FCU were transferred to Neighborhood CU. The Good Street office will permanently close as of Dec. 31, according to the press release.

As of Sept. 30, Neighborhood CU had $633.4 million in assets, while Good Street Baptist Church FCU had assets of $612,000.
