Office real estate investment trust Keppel REIT's trustee, RBC Investor Services Trust Singapore, obtained a S$64 million term loan facility Oct. 9.

Under the loan agreement, the trustee may be required to prepay any outstanding loans if Keppel REIT Management Ltd. ceases to be the manager of the Singapore-based REIT and a wholly owned subsidiary of Keppel Corp. Ltd. is not appointed in its place.

As of Oct. 8, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.39.
