Banco Alfa sets interest on equity payments for H2'16

Banco Alfa de Investimento SA's board approved interest on equity payments equal to about 6.05 Brazilian centavos per common share and 24.71 centavos per preferred share tied to the bank's second-half 2016 results.

The amounts, which are subject to a 15% income tax, will be paid to shareholders of record as of Jan. 23, according to a filing.

As of Jan. 18, US$1 was equivalent to 3.22 Brazilian reais.
