* Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. acquired a 148,740-square-foot, single-tenant industrial building on 6.21 acres of land at 14421-14441 Bonelli St. in the City of Industry for $19.5 million and sold three buildings totaling 48,000 square feet on 3.23 acres of land at 311, 319 and 329 E. 157th St. in Gardena, Calif., for $10.4 million.

* Four Corners Property Trust purchased a BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse property in Michigan for $4.2 million.

* Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. sold 4.095 acres of land in an opportunity zone near the East Coast Surgery Center in Florida for about $935,000.
