BNY Mellon director to not stand for re-election

John Luke Jr. will not stand for re-election to the board of Bank of New York Mellon Corp.

Director re-elections will be held at the April 10 annual shareholder meeting. Luke is 69 and the non-executive chairman of WestRock Co.
