Intel Corp. on Dec. 28 completed its acquisition of Altera Corp. for a transaction value of $15.84 billion.
The company offered $54 per share for the stake.
In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Rothschild Inc. were the financial advisers for Intel, and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Linklaters LLP (USA) and Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP were the legal advisers.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC was the financial adviser for Altera, while Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati Professional Corp. was the legal adviser.
