Alcentra Capital declares final dividend

Alcentra Capital Corp.'s board declared a final dividend in an amount equal to all of the company's undistributed net ordinary income and capital gains through the closing date of the proposed merger with Crescent Capital BDC Inc.

Assuming the merger closes Jan. 31, it is estimated that the amount of the final dividend will be between 40 cents and 50 cents per share. The actual amount of the final dividend will be determined prior to the closing of the merger and may be more or less than the estimated amount.

Payment of the final dividend is contingent upon the consummation of the merger and will be paid to Alcentra Capital shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 28. The conditional dividend payment date will be announced at a later date.
