Bloomington, Minn.-based Bridgewater Bank named Erik Schwegler senior vice president of commercial real estate.

Schwegler most recently served as vice president of commercial lending at Bank Mutual, which was bought by Associated Banc-Corp in early 2018.

Bridgewater Bank is a unit of Bridgewater Bancshares Inc.
