Clarmin acquiring zinc-prospective Benton property in New Brunswick

Clarmin Explorations Inc. agreed to acquire the 1,285-hectare Benton property in New Brunswick from Prospecting Partners Exploration Ltd.

Consideration comprises C$35,000, 500,000 shares, an advance royalty of C$5,000 per annum and a 2% net smelter royalty, which can be halved for C$1 million.

Benton has the potential to host high-grade zinc, lead and silver massive sulfides, according to a March 7 release.
