Tryg Forsikring A/S appointed Michael Kolbæk director for its Danish corporate segment and Hans-Jørgen Molving director for the Norwegian corporate segment.
Niklas Larsen was also named director for the company's Swedish business, Moderna Försäkringar AB, effective March 1. Larsen, who replaces Leif Eliasson, was most recently commercial director at Denmark-based Codan A/S.
Kolbæk worked most recently in the strategy and M&A areas at Tryg, and replaces Jesper Joensen, while Molvig replaces Tone Hjulstad, who will serve as director of a Nordic underwriting project supporting the corporate business in all three countries.

Aon PLC appointed Helene Madell chief broking officer for commercial risk solutions, health solutions and affinity in the U.K, effective April 6.
Madell is chief broking officer for commercial risk solutions, health solutions and affinity for Aon in the Pacific region.
Everest Re Group Ltd. appointed Artur Klinger managing director of continental Europe, effective mid to late 2020, subject to regulatory approval.
He joins Everest from NewRe, where he serves as chief underwriting officer for property and casualty.
Klinger, who succeeds the retiring Stephan Knipper, will be based in Everest Re's Zurich office.
Hamilton Insurance Group appointed Brad Sforza senior vice president and head of property reinsurance for its U.S. reinsurance platform, effective Jan. 27, Artemis reported.
Sforza previously served as vice president for property and multiline treaty at PartnerRe Ltd.
U.K.-based terrorism reinsurer Pool Re Solutions appointed Chris Medhurst-Cocksworth head of risk management, effective immediately.
Medhurst-Cocksworth was most recently risk partner and head of business development at Marsh Risk Consulting.
