Panama's CIFI to offer $2M in bonds

Panama's Corporación lnteramericana para el Financiamiento de lnfraestructura SA, or CIFI, on June 13 will offer corporate bonds worth $2 million, according to a regulatory filing.

The series E securities, which carry an interest rate of 6.25% and mature in seven years, will be issued June 15. Interest will be paid quarterly.

Funds from the issuance, which is part of the company's rotating corporate bond program worth $100 million, will be used for the company's working capital.
