Japan-based Marusan Securities Co. Ltd. named Minoru Kikuchi its new president.
Kikuchi, who has served as a director since 2015, will replace Toshihiko Koiwai in the role. Koiwai, in turn, will assume the role of board chairman.
Their appointments are pending approval at the company's annual shareholders' meeting June 20.
