FIBRA Prologis buys Mexico City logistics property for 100M pesos

FIBRA Prologis invested 100.0 million Mexican pesos to purchase a 41,779-square-foot infill, logistics property in Mexico City's Santa Maria submarket.

The Mexican industrial real estate operator said the facility is vacant and the investment amount includes closing costs, capital improvements and equity carry.

As of Jan. 3, US$1 was equivalent to about 18.87 Mexican pesos.
