National Farmers Union sells London mixed-use building for £153M

National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Society Ltd. sold a 23,265-square-foot, mixed-use building in London to Hong Kong investor Lai Wing-To for £152.5 million, Property Week reported.

The building at 2-5 Old Bond St., W1, contains Alexander McQueen's U.K. flagship store and Italian shoe retailer Tod's.

According to the report, the seller tapped CBRE and Chapman Petrie in November to sell the property for £155 million.
