Chile-based Ohio National Seguros de Vida SA said Ramón Galanes has resigned as the company's product manager.

Galanes will perform new functions in the same area in the company's regional office in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., the company said in a filing.

Meanwhile, the company said its board decided that the product area will report directly to technical management in organizational matters, and it will maintain a direct relationship with the functional area of products at the regional office of Ohio National.
