PreCheck to acquire 2 more healthcare services providers for $15M

PreCheck Health Services Inc. agreed to acquire LD Technology and Medical Screening Inc. for a combined price of $15 million in a cash-and-stock deal.

Under the deal, PreCheck will pay $5 million in cash at closing. The distributor of medical screening devices will pay another $7 million in cash and $3 million in common stock within 12 months of the initial closing.

LD Technology manufactures multiple products in the medical device screening sector, while Medical Screening holds the patents and proprietary technology of LD Technology.

PreCheck in July agreed to acquire JAS Consulting, which provides healthcare practice management, billing and coding services, and CPD Integrated Health, a provider of outpatient behavioral health services and primary care in seven medical clinics in Texas and Oklahoma.
