Bank Pekao reassigns duties within management board

Bank Pekao SA announced a new division of competences among its management board members, following a recent reshuffle of the board.

Magdalena Zmitrowicz, who was appointed vice president of the management board in November, will oversee the bank's small and medium-sized enterprises division. She replaces Vice President Tomasz Styczyński, who will now be responsible for the corporate banking, markets and investment banking division, the lender said in its Dec. 11 filing.

In addition, Marek Tomczuk, who serves as the lender's management board vice president in charge of retail banking, will also oversee the private banking division, replacing Roksana Ciurysek-Gedir, who had resigned from the post, Pekao noted.
