APG Groep supervisory board chairman steps down

APG Groep NV said Chairman Jaap van Manen stepped down from his role, effective Jan. 1, due to personal circumstances.

Van Manen, who has served as chairman of the group since Jan. 1, 2019, also stepped down as a member of the supervisory board.

APG's supervisory board vice chairman, Pieter Jongstra, will become chairman on an interim basis, while the Dutch pension provider considers a permanent replacement for van Manen.
