Freddie Mac prices $425M offering of structured pass-through certificates

Freddie Mac priced an offering of approximately $425 million of structured pass-through certificates, which are backed by multifamily loans sold to a third party and securitized by Freddie Mac.

The K-I05 certificates are expected to settle on or about Jan. 28.

The K-I05 certificates include one senior principal and interest class. The certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2020-KI05 Mortgage Trust. The trust will also issue class B, class C, class XI, class XE and class R certificates.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Amherst Pierpont Securities LLC are acting as co-lead managers and joint book runners for the offering. Academy Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are co-managers.
