Dayou Plus Co. Ltd. said its normalized net income for the third quarter amounted to a loss of 29.13 South Korean won per share, compared with a loss of 19.55 won per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of 2.57 billion won, compared with a loss of 1.71 billion won in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin dropped to negative 2.4% from negative 1.4% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue decreased 12.6% on an annual basis to 107.82 billion won from 123.38 billion won, and total operating expenses fell 14.8% year over year to 106.13 billion won from 124.52 billion won.
Reported net income totaled a loss of 2.30 billion won, or a loss of 26.07 won per share, compared to a loss of 2.45 billion won, or a loss of 28.00 won per share, in the prior-year period.
As of Nov. 12, US$1 was equivalent to 1,159.89 South Korean won.
