ICBC's Dubai branch issues US$1B of floating-rate notes

Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd.'s Dubai branch issued US$1 billion of floating-rate, medium-term notes.

The bank issued US$500 million of notes due 2022, as well a US$500 million of notes due 2024. They were issued under the branch's US$8 billion medium-term note program.

The notes were listed on the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market and the NASDAQ Dubai.
