Fidelity National Financial prices $450M note offering

Fidelity National Financial Inc. priced an offering of $450 million of its 4.50% senior notes due Aug. 15, 2028.

The notes were priced at 99.252% to yield 4.594% to maturity. They will pay interest semiannually on Feb. 15 and Aug. 15, beginning Feb. 15, 2019.

Net proceeds will be used to cash-settle the company's outstanding 4.25% convertible senior notes maturing in August upon conversion and repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility. The remainder will be used for general corporate purposes.
