First Commonwealth Bank names Cincinnati regional president

Cadence Bancorp. added Marc Shapiro to its board.

Shapiro was formerly a senior advisory director of the Houston-based company.

First Commonwealth Bank appointed David Folkwein regional president for Cincinnati, effective May 29.

Prior to joining the Indiana, Pa.-based bank, Folkwein was business development director at professional services firm GBQ Partners LLC.

The board of Baldwinsville, N.Y.-based Seneca Financial Corp. (MHC) elected Robert Savicki director.

Savicki, the director of financial analysis and reporting for Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y., was also appointed to the boards of Seneca Savings (MHC) and Seneca Financial MHC.

Sandra Cavanaugh joined the boards of Seattle-based HomeStreet Inc. and unit HomeStreet Bank, following the expansion of the board size to 10 members.

Cavanaugh currently provides financial consulting services after retiring from Russell Investments, where she was president and CEO of U.S. private client services.

Irvine, Calif.-based Opus Bank named Patrick Rounds senior managing director of healthcare banking.

Rounds most recently was senior vice president and head of healthcare lending for National Bank of Arizona, a division of ZB NA. ZB NA is a unit of Salt Lake City-based Zions Bancorp.

Opus Bank also named Alfonso De'Oro managing director and senior client manager.

De'Oro joined the bank from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was vice president and commercial relationship manager.

D. Michael Kramer was elected to the board of Lafayette, La.-based MidSouth Bancorp Inc. Kramer had been advising the board since 2018 started, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Lex Hunter joined the board of Indiana-based Ossian State Bank during the annual shareholders meeting in April.

Hunter is the director of business development for Micropulse Inc.

Springs Valley Bank & Trust Co. promoted Dianna Land to senior executive vice president in addition to her current role of senior vice president of human resources and marketing.

Land joined the Jasper, Ind.-based bank in 2003.
