Deutsche Post AG on Dec. 22 closed its acquisition of UK Mail Group PLC for a transaction value of £250.3 million.
The company offered £4.4 per share for the stake.
In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.
Deutsche Bank AG was the financial adviser for Deutsche Post.
Investec Bank PLC was the financial adviser for UK Mail Group.
