Board changes at Franklin Savings Bank, Select Bancorp, Endeavor Bank

Banking

Harrisburg, Pa.-based Centric Bank named Catharine Krugh vice president and controller.

Krugh most recently was senior vice president and CFO at Northwest Bank.

Centric Financial Corp. is the parent company of Centric Bank.

Farmington, Maine-based Franklin Savings Bank appointed Robert Berry III to its board, Daily Bulldog reported.

Berry is CEO and principal engineer of Main-Land Development Consultants Inc.

Franklin Savings Bank is the unit of FSB Bancorp MHC.

San Diego-based Endeavor Bank director Gina Champion-Cain resigned from the board.

Her duties will be absorbed by other board members.

Dunn, N.C.-based Select Bancorp Inc. director Seth Wilfong resigned from the company's board and from the board of unit Select Bank & Trust Co., effective Aug. 28.

Wilfong is resigning to focus more on his duties at Atlas Principals, LLC, where he is a managing partner and co-founder.

Financial services

Crawford & Co. U.K. & Ireland President Clive Nicholls is set to retire by the end of September. He will continue to assist during the transition process.

U.K. & Ireland Chief Client Officer Lisa Bartlett will take over the role, effective Oct. 1.

A search for Bartlett's successor is underway.

Janus Henderson Group PLC hired Daniel Graña, Matthew Culley, Matthew Doody and Peter Li from Putnam Investments LLC, Pensions & Investments reported.

Graña was named portfolio manager of global emerging market equities, replacing Glen Finegan who is leaving with his team in November.

Culley will join as an assistant portfolio manager and research analyst while Doody and Li will both serve as research analysts.

Total System Services Inc. Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer Patricia Watson will not be chief information officer upon closing of the deal with Global Payments Inc.

Additionally, Total System Services Secretary, General Counsel and Senior Executive Vice President G. Sanders Griffith III will not serve as general counsel of Global Payments.

The two will remain with Global Payments in an advisory role during the transition period.
