Nokia Corp. on Feb. 3 completed its deal to acquire Alcatel-Lucent for a transaction value of €15.81 billion.
The company offered €3.18 per share for the stake.
In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.
Citigroup Inc., Deutsche Bank AG and JPMorgan Chase & Co. were the financial advisers for Nokia, and Roschier Attorneys Ltd., Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP and Stikeman Elliott LLP were the legal advisers.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Ltd., Compagnie Financière Lazard Frères SAS, Morgan Stanley (France) SAS and Zaoui & Co Ltd. were the financial advisers for Alcatel-Lucent, while Dittmar & Indrenius, Hogan Lovells US LLP, Latham & Watkins LLP, Stikeman Elliott LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP were the legal advisers.
