Dallas-based CPro Associates Inc., which provides non-subscriber occupational injury benefit plans, has bought Pan-American Benefits Solutions' non-subscription book of business, the Insurance Journal reported.
The Pan-American non-subscription accounts will be rolled into the CPro Texas Option plan, which is insured by Nationwide.
