Recent drilling focused on the Spades zone at Golden Predator Mining Corp.'s early stage 3 Aces property in Canada's Yukon Territory expanded mineralization and returned a near-surface highlight of 39.63 meters grading 13.26 g/t of gold from a depth of 9.14 meters.
The company said May 30 that stepout drilling had intersected mineralization 150 meters from previous drilling on the Ace of Spades vein at the project.
Other assay highlights included a 14.48-meter interval at 15.32 g/t of gold from 8.38 meters, which included a 4.57-meter subinterval at 46.76 g/t of gold.
Earlier in May, the company doubled the size of its 3 Aces drill program, increasing from 20,000 meters to 40,000 meters.
