Denso discloses board, organizational changes

Japanese auto-parts retailer Denso Corp. on March 7 outlined a number of personnel and organizational changes in the company.

According to the release, Bunichi Kondo, Jack Helmboldt and Shinsuke Yamaguchi will resign as executive directors while Haruya Maruyama will become a member of the board.

Denso also said it will separate its chassis control segment from its electric components business unit to create the chassis control components business unit.

The personnel and business organization changes will take effect April 1.
