Natixis names COO of Natixis Investment Managers, CEO of Ostrum Asset Management

The French investment bank Natixis appointed Philippe Setbon CEO of Ostrum Asset Management and Joseph Pinto COO of Natixis Investment Managers.

Setbon will replace Matthieu Duncan when Duncan leaves at the end of November.

Pinto, who will take over the newly created COO role in the coming months, will report to Natixis Investment Managers CEO Jean Raby.

Pinto and Setbon will become members of Natixis' executive committee and Natixis Investment Managers' management committee.

Ostrum Asset Management is an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers.

Natixis Investment Managers is a fully owned unit of Natixis, which is majority-owned by Groupe BPCE.
