* Strategic Storage Growth Trust Inc. bought a roughly 900-unit, 86,000-square-foot self-storage facility at 2380 Fenton St. in Chula Vista, Calif., for an undisclosed sum. The 100% climate-controlled property sits on roughly 1.5 acres and features a three-story building.
