EVO Payments provides guidance for full year 2019

EVO Payments Inc. provided guidance for full year 2019.

The company expects revenues, with the adoption of the new revenue accounting standard, to be between $488 million and $505 million.

It expects net loss on a GAAP basis to be in the range of $12 million to $9 million compared to a net loss of $99 million in 2018.

Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between $156 million and $163 million.

For the twelve months ended Dec. 31, 2018, EVO Payments reported revenues of $564.8 million, compared to $504.8 million a year earlier.
