Honeywell International grosses €1.00 billion from debt offering

Honeywell International Inc. raised gross proceeds of €1.00 billion from an offering of floating rate senior unsubordinated unsecured notes due Feb. 22, 2018.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes or working capital and redemption or repayment of debt securities.

Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Merrill Lynch International were the lead underwriters.

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA, BNP Paribas SA, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., ICBC Standard Bank PLC, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, Mizuho International PLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC, RBC Europe Ltd., SG Corporate & Investment Banking, SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Ltd., Standard Chartered PLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC, Royal Bank Of Scotland PLC, Williams Capital Group LP, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities International Ltd. also served as underwriters for the offering.
