Simmons First, US Bank amend credit agreement

The amount of credit available to Simmons First National Corp. under its existing revolving credit facility was reduced to $50 million from $75 million.

The Pine Bluff, Ark.-based company entered into the $75 million revolving credit agreement with U.S. Bank NA in October 2017.

The credit agreement, which initially expired Oct. 5, 2018, was extended until Oct. 4, 2019. Commitment fee of the unused portion of the credit facility was also increased to 0.30% from 0.25%.
