ACI Worldwide Inc. expects to report revenue and adjusted EBITDA for the year ended Dec. 31, 2019, below its prior guidance, based on preliminary information.
ACI Worldwide expects to report revenue of between $1.26 billion and $1.27 billion, an increase of more than 20% from 2018, but below the guidance of $1.32 billion to $1.35 billion. The company expects to report adjusted EBITDA of between $300 million and $310 million, an increase of more than 20% from 2018, but below the guidance of $360 million to $380 million.
Interim President and CEO Craig Saks said in a news release that the company's revenue and adjusted EBITDA in 2019 were negatively impacted primarily by a large customer expansion contract that was not signed as expected in December 2019.
ACI Worldwide expects to report revenue of between $1.48 billion and $1.51 billion and adjusted EBITDA of between $425 million and $445 million in 2020. This guidance does not include the contract the company had expected to book in December 2019.
